Who We Are
ISEK is part of ICT, an international KOSEN (five-year technical college) in Kanazawa focused on STEAM education and developing global innovators. We collaborate with students, faculty, alumni, local businesses, and community partners to nurture entrepreneurial thinking and practical problem-solving.

Vision
Our vision is to drive entrepreneurial growth and innovation in Kanazawa and beyond. We empower young people to become proactive leaders, problem-solvers, and creators who strengthen both local and global startup ecosystems.

Mission
Our mission is to deliver practical, hands-on entrepreneurial education through workshops, courses, mentoring, and projects. We help students and early-stage entrepreneurs build the mindset, skills, and networks to design solutions, launch ventures, and collaborate across disciplines and borders.

Global & Community Focus
We partner with local businesses, government agencies, and educational institutions in Ishikawa, as well as international universities, organizations, and innovation hubs. By combining regional strengths with global perspectives, we support startups that tackle real challenges and contribute to sustainable development.

What We Do
We support entrepreneurship by:
• Running startup competitions, idea-thons, and hackathons
